1. Service ka description

One Invoices ek GST invoicing aur billing software hai jisse users invoices, estimates, e-way bills, reports, aur related documents bana sakte hain. Hum Service ko “as-is” aur “as-available” basis par provide karte hain.

2. Account aur eligibility

• Account banane ke liye aapko 18 saal se upar hona chahiye aur sahi (accurate) information deni hogi.
• Apne account credentials ki security aapki zimmedari hai.
• Ek account ke through ki gayi saari activity ke liye account holder responsible hai.

3. Subscription aur billing

• Kuch features paid subscription plans ke antargat aate hain. Plan prices website par displayed hain.
• Free trial ke baad continued use ke liye applicable subscription lena hoga.
• Payments third-party payment gateway (jaise Razorpay) ke through process hote hain.

4. Acceptable use

Aap Service ka use kisi bhi illegal, fraudulent, ya harmful purpose ke liye nahi karenge. Fake invoices, tax evasion, ya kisi law ka violation strictly prohibited hai. Aisa karne par account terminate kiya ja sakta hai.

5. Data aur content

Aapke dwara enter kiya gaya business data aapka rehta hai. Hum uska use Service provide karne ke liye karte hain (dekhein Privacy Policy). Aap apna data export kar sakte hain.

6. Intellectual property

Service, uska software, design, aur branding Prefix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ki property hai. Aapko sirf Service use karne ka limited, non-exclusive license milta hai.

7. Limitation of liability

Service “as-is” provide ki jaati hai. Maximum extent permitted by law, Prefix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. kisi indirect, incidental, ya consequential damages ke liye liable nahi hoga. Hum tax filing ya legal compliance ki guarantee nahi dete — final responsibility user ki hai.

8. Termination

Aap kabhi bhi apna account close kar sakte hain. Terms violation par hum account suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain.

9. Governing law

Ye Terms Indian law ke antargat governed hain. Kisi bhi dispute ka jurisdiction Delhi, India hoga.

10. Changes

Hum in Terms ko time-time par update kar sakte hain. Material changes website par notify kiye jayenge.
