1. Free trial

Naye users ko free trial milta hai — bina kisi charge ke. Trial ke dauran aap kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain, koi charge nahi lagega.

2. Subscription cancellation

• Aap apni subscription kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain — Settings/Subscription se ya humein email karke.
• Cancellation ke baad aapki service current billing period ke end tak active rahegi.
• Cancel karne par aapka data export ke liye available rahega.

3. Refund policy

• Monthly plans: payment ke 7 din ke andar, agar aapne service substantially use nahi ki, to full refund request kar sakte hain.
• 7 din ke baad ya substantial use ke baad, current period ke charges non-refundable hain.
• Annual plans: pehle 7 din me full refund; uske baad unused months par pro-rata refund case-by-case consider kiya ja sakta hai.
• Refund original payment method par 5–10 business days me process hota hai.

4. Refund kaise request karein

Refund ke liye support@prefixinfotech.in par apni registered email aur reason ke saath likhein. Hum 2–3 business days me respond karenge.
